Joanne Cruz is now in her seventh year teaching kindergarten and in her second year teaching Pre-K at BCA.  A graduate of Gibbs College with a major in business, she has ACSI certification in Early Childhood Education and is currently taking additional courses at Essex County College (West Essex Campus). Prior to teaching kindergarten, Mrs. Cruz worked as a substitute teacher, fundraising coordinator and aide at BCA.
